How can I change my e-mail or password?

To update your account information go to your control panel:

  1. Click on 'User Control Panel'
  2. Click on 'Profile'
  3. Click on 'Edit account settings'


I have forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?

If you have your username and e-mail address, you can quickly retrieve your password through the Forgot Password page.

Otherwise, you can contact us by phone or through this contact form and we can reset your password and send it to you through e-mail.

How can I change the time which I receive the digest e-mail?

You have great control over how you receive the digest e-mail:

  1. Click on 'User Control Panel'
  2. Click on 'Digests'
  3. Click on 'Basics'
Besides just changing the hour of when the digest e-mail is sent, there are three other sections - Forums Selection, Post Filters, and Additional Criteria - that you can update that will let you control precisely what kind of digest you will receive.
    Some examples of things you might consider changing:
  • Select which forums to include in digest (by default, all forums are included)
  • Include or un-include private messages in digest
  • Include or un-include your own posts in digest
